Let’s talk about tonight’s episode, ‘Runaways,’ and determine what the theme really was. Running away, absolution, or a little bit of both?
Tonight’s episode was all about humanity, and how it is more important to House than might appear. “Dead and Buried” showcased House’s ass-with-a-heart personality perfectly.
While tonight’s ‘House’ posits that everyone’s parents screw them up, I have a slightly different theory. Granted, it’s not nearly as entertaining, but as a daughter and a parent, that little thing called ‘personal responsibility’ kept eating away at me.
I didn’t enjoy every single second of this episode, but by the end, I was won over by the masterful writing and I’m left looking very much forward to next week’s season finale.
This was the worst episode of ‘House’ so far this season — will the writers be able to dig themselves out of the gaping hole they just created for themselves with only two more episodes left to the season?
House and Wilson’s B storyline saved this episode of ‘House,’ which was devoid of compassion on the part of the obstetrics team and devoid of emotion by the well-known guest actress, clearly having an off day.
It’s a good question. He’s been amazing this season with Cuddy and I hope we’re not just waiting for the inevitable shoe to drop. They’ve proven that House can still be a funny ass when happy, so let’s let him be.
