Tuesday brings sets for ‘Grimm’, ‘Parenthood’, ‘Strike Back’, ‘Huff’, ‘Family Guy’, ‘Let It Shine’, ‘The Rookies’, ‘Gunsmoke’, ‘Born Free’, ‘Dennis The Menace’, ‘Garrow’s Law’, ‘Dirty Jobs’, ‘One Piece’, ‘World God Only Knows’, ‘Squidbillies’, and ‘Dr Seuss’.
Halloween has come a week early on ‘Castle.’ Haunted houses, demons, and ‘Scooby Doo’ references … Oh my!
Now that the new fall season is in full swing, things are slowing down a bit with the DVD releases. ‘Chuck’ and ‘Bones’ are the big network releases, with ‘Workaholics’ and ‘Aqua Unit’ carrying the mail for cable.
Dancing with quasi-stars is still wildly popular, and able to boost cop shows that follow it, as ‘Castle’ and ‘Body of Proof’ will attest. There was music in the air for ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ as well, with the show seeing its best numbers since the season premiere.
The big story for the broadcast networks was the horrible debut of ‘Skating With The Stars’ in the ‘Dancing With The Stars’ slot. Over on cable, ‘The Walking Dead’ hit series highs with the fifth episode.
I’ve talked with these guys, I’ve met with these guys and I’ve even been with them on one of their hunt locations … and I really do like them! But the latest “guest investigator” stunt not only perplexed me, it’s made me tune out, possibly for good.
