Savage Steve Holland and Bill Kopp created a terrific 90’s cartoon that, criminally, still hasn’t seen the proper light of day on DVD. Michael guest posts for Katie in this edition of CartoonClack.
Really, another Hank overdose? And this time alongside a woman so that Karen thinks he was stepping out on her? How many old stories needed to be recycled to put this finale together?
I’m all for Hank coming out ahead on the show, but I haven’t been able to understand why Karen would keep throwing herself at Hank this season. I understand their connection, but nothing that Batesy put her through negates everything that Hanks done.
There’s nothing wrong with romancing Scott Michael Foster, but how many guys can Kali possibly rotate through in a twelve episode television season?
I can’t wait for Samurai’s part of this story to be over. He is so not this season’s Lew Ashby, and each of his appearances paints him all the more unpleasant. Hanging Hank over a balcony for what happened in Hank’s trailer was not cool!
I love having Scott Michael Foster on ‘Californication’ this season, as much as I dislike Becca and as bad as Tyler is for her. But I don’t think that Tyler’s anything like Hank, so why’s the show forcing the point? Now he’s a writer, too? Let Hank not like him for who he is, not for any other reason!
I’ll admit I did not spot the tranny hooker even as he sat in the backseat next to Charlie, but I’d say Charlie’s first line of defense should have been to not try and trade on being a “detective” in exchange for free oral sex. Sounds kind of simple, no?
