It was a stretch to call this episode a ‘Buffy reunion’, with only two characters from the series appearing and nary a shout-out to the Buffyverse. But the characters they played I liked.
The countdown is on as a dirty bomb is set to explode in New York, despite the best efforts of Fallon and his DHS crew. Castle has an idea, but Fallon’s not going to like it. There’s also an answer where Beckett and Josh are concerned, but I’m not going to like it.
The old ‘Buffy’ cast members are coming out of the woodwork against the idea of a new movie without the involvement of Joss Whedon. Like that’s a surprise.
Lots of new stuff this week, including ‘Supernatural’, ‘Chuck’, ‘Smallville’, ‘The Office’, ‘Persons Unknown’, and ‘Skins’. Also a host of older offerings like ‘Prime Suspect’, ‘Doctor Who’, ‘thirtysomething’, and ‘Less Than Perfect’.
