The Olympics continued to dominate all of television, moving into position to pass the Beijing games as the most watched TV event in US history. On cable, ‘Dallas’ wrapped season one on a good note.
‘Dallas’ ends its first TNT season with a finale that wraps up the majority of the storylines while setting up a few new ones. Every character is rewarded with juicy situations … and the cliffhanger is indeed very shocking! Rest assured, J.R. is still alive.

If there’s one thing we all have learned by this point… people, in the general, do like a good opening ceremony. As expected, the ‘Olympic Games’ got off to a great start for NBC. Over on cable, the starts weren’t quite as good for ‘Warehouse 13′ and ‘Alphas’.
With only a couple of episodes left, ‘Dallas’ managed to deliver yet another captivating episode. Things are really starting to heat up with the Ewing clan! Here’s hoping that nobody shoots J.R. … again.
