A light week of releases includes ‘Doctor Who’, ‘Law & Order’, ‘Mr. Magoo’, ‘The Thornberrys’, ‘Babar’, ‘Band of Brothers’, ‘The Pacific’, and ‘Dean Martin Variety Show’.
‘Hawaii Five-0′ has had its rough patch this season. The arrival of the ‘Heroes’ costar wasn’t the only reason this week’s episode worked, but he was definitely a huge part of its success.
‘Once Upon A Time’ could be shaping up as ABC’s next hit show after a very good week two outing. On cable, USA returned with new episodes of ‘Burn Notice’ and ‘Covert Affairs’, but that was much less of a fairy tale.
‘Sanctuary’ keeps kicking ass. This week uncovers the secret, electrifying head of the competing abnormal agencies. Once again, the writers and actors turn in a well-written and well-acted piece from the main plot to the secondary storyline. When ‘Sanctuary’ does it right, they rock it major league.
‘Nikita’ had its best episode all season…and it also happened to be the one that gave the most screen time to the show’s lesser used characters. Coincidence? And will it be the start of something or a one-hit wonder?
