The future is looking bright for ‘Grimm’ (as bright as any future looks on NBC), as it finished first in the demo at 9 on Friday night. Over on cable, FX is celebrating as ‘Sons of Anarchy’ continues to score well while ‘American Horror Story’ finds a series high.
NBC and ABC, stop taking the good shows off TV. ‘Community’ and ‘Cougar Town’ are comedy gold. I’m tired of watered down, sappy comedies like ‘Whitney’ and ‘Up All Night.’ I’m tired of executives diluting good shows to crap like ‘Harry’s Law’ and ‘Prime Suspect.’ Which show would you rather get shelved instead of the double-Cs?
Well, not really. But remember when Aaron Stanford played that enigmatic spy a few years ago? This week’s ‘Nikita’ was his turn to show us what he was made of. Mission accomplished.
‘Chuck’ went Intersect-less this week, but I didn’t mind. It was a reminder of the show’s overall theme. Also, who cares when you’ve got Adam Baldwin in your corner?
