About Army Wives
Army Wives, Lifetime’s most successful series, follows the struggles, dreams and friendships of a diverse group of women — and one man — living with their spouses and families on an active Army post. The series films in Charleston, South Carolina, and stars Kim Delaney (Claudia Joy Holden), Sally Pressman (Roxy LeBlanc), Brigid Brannagh (Pamela Moran), Brian McNamara (Michael Holden), Sterling K. Brown (Roland Burton), Wendy Davis (Joan Burton), Drew Fuller (Trevor LeBlanc), Terry Serpico (Frank Sherwood) and Catherine Bell (Denise Sherwood).
Kelli Williams (The Practice) joins the cast this season, playing Jacqueline “Jackie” Clarke, the ambitious wife of two-star Major General Kevin Clarke. Television icon Susan Lucci (All My Children) makes several guest star appearances as Audrey, the wife of a retired Brigadier General, reuniting her with her former All My Children co-star Delaney.
The series is based on the book Army Wives by Tanya Biank, who serves as a show consultant. Tune-in to all new episodes on Sundays at 9/8
Claudia because she’s very smart and brave.
Pamela was my fave. She was so real and wasn’t always trying to impress anyone like some of the other ladies do. Too bad she left to California! :(
Roland. He’s one cool dude. Wish I was as calm and collected as he always is.
I love all of the ladies, but Roxy will always be my favorite. She is so much stronger and smarter then she realizes. I like the way she rules a house full of men yet keeps a positive attitude. Roxy Rules!!!
Roxy is the star of this show. I love how she is coming into her own this season. I would be proud to carry this umbrella!!
My favorite character is Roxy. Especially lately. She has really stepped up taking on the FRG and doing things to help her husbands career by supporting him. She changed her clothes to look more for the FRG part but still has her funky creative side when working at the bar. She is an awesome character for this show!
I’m another Pamela fan. I’m very sad to see her go, and hope Brigid does get another series.
Lifetime has really hit it out of the park with this terrific series. It is a show that I can really enjoy watching with my wife, with interesting characters involved in interesting situations. Great acting and story lines really make this show a hit! I’d love to win the umbrella so raindrops won’t hit me!
My favorite charachter is Major General Michael James Holden – a very interesting, multi-dimensional complex charachter.
Love Denise Sherwood’s character. Truely an Army Wife and daughter. Great roll. Not to mention, I love Catherine Bell.
Claudia Joy Holden. She’s such a strong woman. I hope she’s ok!! Can’t wait for tonight’s episode!!
Claudia is my favorite. She’s very tough and I really like Kim Delaney in this role.
Love Roxy. Even though her character is so much more mature now than she was at the beginning, she’s still so sassy and independent and I love that she’s so comfortable being who she is and standing out among the other wives.
I love Roxy LeBlanc – she is independent, sassy and real.
Roxy! I can identify with her! Both the wife of an LT, both bartenders, etc… I love this show!!
My favorite Army Wife is Denise Sherwood, always calm and classy, not to mention beautiful!
