Fairly Legal is finally back this Friday. Have you missed the quirky mediator, Kate Reed? When we last saw Kate, she had been fired by her stepmother, Lauren. But, don’t worry, Kate will be back at the firm. Her trusty and hilarious assistant, Leo, will still be there by her side as well. What about Justin, you ask? Kate and Justin are still married … for now. Who knows what is up with those kids! Season two brings a new face in fellow lawyer, Ben, who will shake things up.
USA Network invited CliqueClack to visit the show’s set in Vancouver a few weeks ago, look around, and conduct interviews. All this week, we will be bringing you highlights from that visit, including sneak peeks from the upcoming season.

I would love to have coffee with Sari. I’ve admired her since she played a cop in that short lived show (can’t remember the name) who was vunerable but tough with the guy who was framed and went to prison and got out and was now a millionaire.

I would sit down at the table and draw a large mug of coffee and chat with Kate. Look in her eyes and tell her she’s the bomb.
I think it would be interesting for Justin to be a district attorney. His cases will need mediating, perhaps keeping Kate employed, but even if not, she can be a great confidante/advisor to him in his work.
I’d like to see Justin start dating another woman, say maybe a fellow lawyer or someone that would have regular interactions with Kate and the law offices. It would be interesting to see how Kate would react, how her relationship changes with Justin, and whether or not it forces her to make strong decisions regarding her and Justin.
Love your interview with Michael! :) It would be nice to see him be able to move on from Kate, to have a life on his own. As much as i want him and Kate together, not sure if that is in the cards. He deserves to be happy :) I also want to see how he is in the courtroom, we don’t see that often enough!
Like to see him get into a serious relationship with someone and see how Kate handles it.

When Justin becomes the new DA of San Francisco he realizes he still loves Kate.
I would like to see Ben and Justin face off on an important case in court and that their aggressiveness in handling the case is based more on their rivalry over Kate than the actual merits of the case so much so that the judge has to intervene! Kate should be in the gallery squirming over this as well. Later she can arbitrate a case between the two!
I could enjoy Ben’s and Kate’s banter, although I already enjoy her banter with Leo, as far as that goes. Perhaps Ben’s “negative” way of achieving results will make Kate see Justin in a better light.
Definitely Kate! I think their banter could end up being priceless…
I’d like to see Ben and Justin interact. It would be interesting to see whether both remain professional or let their personal feelings for Kate play into how they conduct themselves. Exciting season to come!

From what I have seen of the promo’s, I would love to see him take on Kate the most. They butt heads big time in the promo, and I feel they is more where that came from. Although they do say opposites attract, so you never know what could happen ;) lol

I would love to see Lauren hanging out at home, she doesn’t relax, and is always at the office. I want to see her not dressed up for a change. Or at a bar or something, loved the episode last season when she got drunk, that was hysterical, and Kate giving her crap about getting drunk.
I think it would be fun to have her get into some type of awkward situation where she has to interact with people she doesn’t usually run into, like maybe being stuck in an elevator for a period of time or maybe being locked in her bathroom or on a roof somewhere and she can’t get away.
I want to see Lauren end up in a dingy bar somewhere and she ends up drunk. That would be fun for us and she would be forced to have a little fun.
I do not want to see Lauren embarrassingly drunk. But to have her out socializing, and enjoying herself dancing, would show a different and positive side of her.
I’d like to see Lauren and Kate go to a party together and have fun.

I’d like something that would either roll or move so the motorcycle or car would be cool. While I was on the phone I could roll it back and forth and maybe get an army man or other small weeble thing and sit it in the car seat for more animation.
I would want the car. Love cars! Well race cars, but close enough. :)
I always like the metal balls that swing and clack. But that would be noisy. I LOVE the look of those Desk Pet TankBots. VERY cute! I can see Kate and Leo having a race, or sending messages to each other via TankBot!

This is going to sound really dorky, but I would love to have a couple bobble heads on my desk. I find them a little too amusing LOL. Although I think Leo would respect that fact.
I would like to have a Rubik’s or Rubix Cubr on my desk as it passes the time and helps stimulate the mind. I do like the car Leo has on his desk and clock! The rubber chicken is funny!
A little porcelin Mr. Peabody. Reminds me of pleasant times when I was a dumb kid watching the great episodes on Rocky and Bullwinkle. You can say it takes me Waybac. Guess I’m now a dumb adult!!

i have a kick butt mechanical Iron Giant bank. it would be hard for people to walk by without dropping a coin in his hand to see Iron Giant eat it. And tada dinner is paid for by my bank.
I was shocked to find out that Justin cheated on Kate. Broke my heart after the speech she gave. :( I can’t wait to see what happens between these two now. They have a long road ahead now but hope they can make it.
Great season premiere! I could slap Justin but it still was a great episode. Will be anxiously waiting to see how their relationship changes as far as trust issues, etc. Is he of the “once a cheater always a cheater?” or deserving of a second chance? We’ll see.
Tension between Lauren and Kate continues to grow. Wonder whether there will ever be a resolution?
