Well now … you could call this a bit of an off week down at the DVD emporium. There are no big releases, and that TNG set is a bit iffy. Yes, it is the first time you can experience the show in 1080p with 7.1 surround. However … does anyone think this isn’t the prelude to the re-release of the entire series in the glorious HD? For pick of the week, it’s one of my favorites from Masterpiece Mysteries, Poirot. I would also encourage you to at least take a look at the description for B Gata H Kei over at amazon. I’m still shaking my head at the bizarrness of it.
