T’was the week before Christmas
when all through CliqueClack
there was talk of a poem …
but then we looked back —
Is there anything new
We can try this Yuletide?
Keith and Deb thought
and they couldn’t decide.
We could write something with Kona
about ol’ TV Squad
Though so few remember it
so that might be odd
We could all sing funny carols
on the beloved PodClack
with Christy T.
and world famous Jay Black.
With Brett we could learn
about holidays on the tube
But you know he’d just write
about iCarly and boobs
Deb and sibling Bob could post
some holiday recipes to share
Though if it was made for CliqueClack Food
It would be lonely over there
How about Michael Noble?
He gets us out of tight spots
We’d even let him talk Bob’s Burgers
and make much use of three dots …
Isabelle could tell us the future
with another SpoilersClack
Though if we spoil holiday specials
Will readers ever come back?
Ivey could post about Christmas eps
Maybe some kind of an ode
With Sassone he could write pages about
the West Wing Christmas episodes
Maybe Keith could work on something
People might like what he wrote
Then again they might just be searching
For transcribed lyrics and quotes
A special post ought be written
as some kind of a toast
To our posting fiend Aryeh
With his one-thousand posts
Tara!! What about Tara!?
Posting something that’d make us proud!!
And one thing is for certain!!
That post will be loud!!
Chuck could write about Christmas specials
And how they compare to the movies
Jeremy and Dan could chip in
Y’know, those Flicks-to-TV newbies
We could ask An if she’s do a poem
or perhaps a holiday poll
Though the length of what she gives us
May fill a twenty-foot scroll
Next we could have Brittany post
About her favorite holiday scene
Something tells us whatever it is
It’ll involve Adam Levine
Rachel and Jen could give us posts
With themes of winter weather
Oh wait … did those two head off
on a vacation together?
Here’s an idea for Julia:
Christmas with Merlin and Camelot
Though under four-thousand words
that post would certainly be not
Cartoons with Christmas themes!
That’d be something for Katie, perhaps
Though will she just go on and on again
About Wonder Woman’s absurd lack of straps?
People seem to like Once Upon a Time
So maybe we could have Meredith write
Something about Christmas celebrations
In the land of Prince Charming and Snow White
Now with Carla to Tweet it
we’ll then be all set
Countless retweet’s we’d gather
Many Facebook likes we would get
After days of them noting
of what posts they could do
Deb and Keith then realized
That their work here was through
One last word from them
as our laptops fade to black:
Thank you and Merry Christmas
to the wonderful writers of CliqueClack!
Aw, that’s so cool. You and Deb are the best!
. . . . .
<—— wonders … what … ever … do … you … two … mean … ???
("Enough with Canada!")
Don’t you fret Michael…my friends bust my ass about my use of… also! I love the ellipsis and use it to write huge run-on sentences!!
Thanks!
Nice job, you two
Love it! Merry Christmas, Keith and Deb!
Thanks! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of the great CliqueClack family, and to our faithful readers and commentors as well!
Merry Christmas to the writers of CliqueClack!
THANKS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS! (I’M CHOMPING FREE PRETZELS RIGHT NOW!)
Happy Christmas and Merry Holidays to the best second family a boy could have :)
(Even the pervy old uncle Mike)
Cute… Happy Holidays!
Oh, gosh, I’m so obvious (*lol*)
Thanks, you guys! This was really adorable.
. . . . .
Brittany:
You’re not obvious … but your avatar is.
The hilarious thing about this avatar is it’s not on purpose. I only picked it because there are no good pictures of me in existence.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Cliqueclack!
Nothing sums up this wonderful time of the year like this quote from the classic Christmas tale, Die Hard:
“Ho ho ho, now I have a machine gun!”
Merry Christmas Cliqueclack!
