The second season of Covert Affairs is coming to an end, but not before an amazing finale episode that changes everything! Annie takes a vacation with Danielle overseas, but work gets in the way. Back at the CIA, Jai has to make a difficult decision that will permanently alter his life. But, what I know you all are wondering, will Annie finally find love? Oh … and what about Auggie? auggie on the plane, whoppin butt as a visually impared man taking on a sighted killer terrorist and having the guts not to kill him after he won.
Probably the entire episode at the Farm. I’d like to see any of those trainees at the office.
Auggie makes this show for me! My hubby just drools over Piper. My fave scene…let auggie say it…”It helps to keep a healthy sense of humor and a bottle of Patron in my desk drawer.”
I have a few fave scenes… most of them invovling Annie & Auggie. Also really like the scene from season one when Annie’s in Zurich and Auggie more or less tells the polygraph guy to stick it!
Annie working with Eyal (Mossad agent) is great. But I like her working with Auggie the most. Too bad he can’t work in the field with her more often.
Any scene that has Auggie in it is my favorite! Absolutely adore Christopher Gorham’s portrayal of this wonderful character! Especially loved the episode in Istanbul and Auggie’s confrontation of the man who blinded him. He’s not too bad in any scene with Shirtless Auggie!
My favorite scene from Covert is still the one very early in the series when Auggie give Annie some additional hand-to-hand training. Love it! They seem to really be enjoying themselves. Another favorite scene would be Auggie’s fight scene in the dark aboard the train. You’d think being blind would be a disadvantage in a fight . . . not always, lol.
I love when Annie finally smooths things over with her sister…although my favorite moment might change if Annie & Auggie finally get together tomorrow! :)
When Auggie was teaching Annie to defend herself properly to save her life. Another favorite has always been anytime Annie and Ben storyline’s come up, because although I love Annie and Auggie mix; Ben and Annie have it easy, but have to work hard at it. That shows relationship depth and that not everything is easy.
My favorite scene from Covert Affairs is hard to choose from, I enjoy every episode. Whats not to love, each episode brings something new and exciting that I never grow bored. I truly look forward to each and every next episode. I am extremely upset this season is already coming to an end. I enjoy the uniqe relationship between Annie & Auggie. But last episode I truly loved how Arthur tells Jai that “its not always about Politics”. I feel like Jai is loosing himself due to his fathers heavy influence. I hope that helps Jai to come back to reality and start being a better team member.
Piper Perabo is phenomenal in everything but she really has found her perfect role in Covert Affairs! I love her wit and charm, and I love that she always figures things out in an interesting way; the show is never predictable!
I really enjoy this show. Must watch every Tuesday!!
Favorite episode has to be Auggie and his taking down the terrorist. However, this is just an excellent show that is a must see. It is the only scripted show that our family watches together. The relationship between Auggie and Annie is great, I hope they don’t lose it by actually putting the romance together–too many other good shows have been ruined in the same manner.
I love when Auggie is getting his polygraph. “My friends call me Auggie. You may call me August.” Ha, suck it, polygrapher!
My favorite moment so far is learning Auggie’s story of when he became blind.
i absolutely love any Auggie and Annie scenes! and i love joan and arthur scenes! favorite moment would probably be the episode were we learned how Auggie became blind!
My favorite moment from Covert Affiars? There are many I really like – all have to do with Auggie being Auggie – but my all time fav has to be the scene when Auggie comes in to lecture the recruits at the Farm. “You were expecting the formost expert in … and you got me – the blind guy.”
I love the “Auggie” centric episode the best. Was so great to get more of his Back story!
Lots to pick from, but I really enjoyed the episode entitled “In the Light” that featured Eriq La Salle as an ex-CIA agent with a chip on his shoulder and whom Annie tries to rope in on a mission. Some really great scenes!!!
My favorite Covert Affairs memory is when Auggie meets the niece’s field trip at the Smithsonian to cover for Annie
I loved this brief season and how the characters have evolved. One thing that does bug me though is Annie’s bright, red car. Everytime she starts tailing someone, all I can think is that she must have missed the day the CIA covered how to prperly tail a vehicle. Rule #1 is use an inconspicuous vehicle to follow someone especially when there are no other vehicles on a back country road. Rule #2 park the bright, red vehicle inside the garage and not in front of your sister’s house if you insist on NOT driving an inconspicious vehicle.
So many great scenes, but an all time favorite of mine is when Arthur kicked butt in the mens room…..and that smirk on his face as he was leaving!
Haha, I love that scene too. The smile and the mint pop as he is leaving is priceless.
Dangit Cindy — my brain totally went there! ;) Beyond that…well, know that I adore Auggie — don’t get me wrong! But one of my absolute favorite scenes is at the end of the NASA episode; Annie comes home and takes Chloe and Katia out to look at the stars. Paired with the song, while kind of a throwaway scene it was still…nice, for me.
I don’t watch the show, but I like free stuff. And if I were given the show, I would watch it. So my favorite moment from the show is the future moment when I win this competition.

Covert Affairs is a gripping show filled with so many wonderful moments. The look on Auggie’s face of loss and anguish when Natasha jumped off the train and left him unable to follow her broke my heart. The writing on this show is extraordinary and the actors are simply brilliant. I loved the scene in Allen’s when Auggie showed Annie the picture of his old unit. The scene on the farm when Auggie pops in half-undressed and calls Annie Pooh Bear is a wonderful comic moment. Best of all I love the scene when Annie is discharged from the hospital and finds Auggie has been waiting all night for her on the bench. You go Auggie and Annie!
I always enjoy the scenes with Auggie.
You didn’t ask what we don’t like, but I’m not that keen on the BS political shenanigans; especially with the former director, as played by Gregory Itzin. It’s too much like his ridiculous scheming as President Logan on 24.
My favorite moment, hands down, is in the pilot when Annie has a breakdown in the bathroom and Auggie comes in after her to give her a pep talk. I think that’s the moment I really fell in love with their friendship, and yes, them as a couple.
My favorite moment was when Annie finally confessed to her sister that she was a spy.

I would just like to start out by saying that I absolutely love this show. As a senior in college I am so overloaded with work, but as soon as the clock strikes 10 on Tuesday night I drop everything and turn on the tv. Also, anytime I’m bored or in a crummy mood I just turn on an episode of Covert Affairs and everything is so much better. This show has so many good moments but my favorite scene ever has got to be when Auggie finally tracks down Khani and has the guts to pick a fight with him… And then take the high road and hand him over to the FBI (not without that last jaw buster to make himself feel a little better). My second favorite scene would be when Annie gets released from the hospital to find Auggie camping out waiting for her, it’s a real character and relationship building moment… Love it!
Fave moment is when Annie is in those dresses. Just kidding. Annie and Auggie scenes! Anggie!
I would have to say when Auggie’s able to interact with his old unit–made him kinda feel like he’s not being left out of anything since his injury
Any and all Annie/Auggie scenes are my favorites, but one in particular was the beginning of a scene where Annie said: “Hello, August.” He replied, “Hello, Ann.” It’s the subtle little humorous moments that endear them to me the most. :-)
I love Covert Affairs because their ensemble is amazing, they handle heavy issues, but still manage to keep warm interpersonal relationships!
I’m watching the finale because I’ve never been convinced Ben won’t come back into Annie’s life somehow, and wonder if she’ll find happiness with Auggie instead!
Favorite Covert Affairs moment? That’s a super tough call! My favorites from this season would have to be seeing Jai save Annie and Riva, and Annie and Eyal’s riverside chat. :)
My favorite Covert Affairs moments are any with Auggie & Annie! I liked Annie & Ben, but not nearly so much as Auggie & Annie! Also, it was great when Auggie met Annie’s niece’s class & took them on a tour of the Smithsonian!
I will watch because the show is awesome. Augie is my fave, amd Jai is a sneaky creepy guy you can’t turn tour back on. I admire Annie and her sister.

My favorite moment was in the finale when Annie finally realized her feelings for Auggie! Can’t wait for the summer!
I love how the sisters bond over ice cream at crucial moments. I’ve been very happy with all the characters and how they are really developing. Even ones like Joan and Arthur! The vulnerability in Kari Matchett’s face when Arthur revealed he had spoken to his ex wife. Awesome!

Pretty much whatever scene has Auggie, he is the life of the show! He is one of the few that can always bring humor to it no matter how serious.
