Many of us at CliqueClack still mention Six Feet Under as one of a handful of shows that set the standard on the cable wave of original programming.
When the show began the first year of the new millennium, it was nothing less than a breath of fresh air no one had ever seen before. It’s weekly death introductions launching each episode (surprisingly started with the violent demise of the patriarch of the Fisher clan) pulled us in while its not-so-convenient endings left us pining for more.
The program was a kick and a half to watch during its five season run … and still is. Plus, it arguably boasts the best series finale in television history. So what better program to take on for a theme week than Six Feet Under?
Our last theme week — a tribute to all things Firefly — was a blast for our writers and Firefly fans alike. We’re going to have just as much morbid, dramatical fun with Six Feet Under. Join us as we sprinkle the week with some interesting commentary from the staff.
