PodClack – Episode 32: A two-fer tease

In this episode, Jay's joined once again by Christy T. to talk about 'Game of Thrones' and the fat and old George R. R. Martin, and Jay's 'Misery'-like plan to get the novels finished.

Welcome back to another episode of our PodClack podcast. Make sure you tune in and make your friends tune in as well, and comment and rate us on our iTunes page!

Every week (or kinda-sorta every week), Brian does a TV guide keyword search based on a word someone leaves in a comment here, so sure you leave a word for Brian’s next movie look-up!

Please keep the comments coming and let us know what you think. Got suggestions? Questions? We’d love to hear ‘em! Make sure you get everyone you know to subscribe to the PodClack in iTunes (and rate us, please!) or via some other feed — we feed Jay’s ego a careful diet of traffic numbers and subscriber count, so let’s not let that sucker die of starvation. You can also check-in via GetGlue!

Thanks for listening!

Hey Christy T, how come you don’t ever talk about Modern Family or NCIS?? Those are awesome shows! How about the classics like the Simpsons? If you want a Simpsons expert to come on the show just let me know…

Also, if I had a sister like you and found out that she played D&D in college….I might have to disown her ;-p

No AD&D experience, but I like Knights of the Dinner Table.

I haven’t read any of A Song of Ice and Fire, but the television series is perfectly satisfactory so far. I like how they don’t rattle off long monologues of exposition to each other, but make you watch closely to deduce histories and relationships.

The only disappointment is that my favorite actors seem to be playing one-note villains thus far.
