In the coming week, Carissa and I will interview Charles Ardai, founder of Hard Case Crime, which published Stephen King’s The Colorado Kid, and catalyzed the Haven bandwagon. He currently serves as the show’s producer and wrote episodes 11, “The Trial of Audrey Parker“, and 12, “Resurfacing.”
Since it’s almost Halloween, it seems appropriate to interview the founder of an imprint focused on recreating/re-publishing grizzly 1950s hard-boiled crime.
