I voted for Community in our poll about which show has the best ensemble (go vote). I stand by it. When my husband and I first started talking about the show, we felt the way we did when we like Seinfeld before it was cool (yes, we are that old). We were laughing as much from surprise that a show this good was on television as we were just from the fact that the show is hilarious.
What really sealed my love for Community, though, is the short bits with Abed and Troy at the end of each episode. Several months ago, I started searching for them on YouTube, and was pleasantly amazed to find ALL of them. I started, then, to show them to whomever would watch them. I would start out by saying, “Do you watch Community?” When the person invariably said, “No,” (at that time — hopefully now they are watching), I would say, “Well, you just have to see this anyway.”
I can promise you that these stand alone from the episodes, and have been the key to attracting viewers to the show at least in my hometown. Everybody has their favorite, don’t they? Can you choose just one?

I had to vote “Other” for “Oh Christmas Troy.” And Jeff wandering in to help decorate.
Yeah, I don’t know why that one sticks in my head, but it did.
