CliqueClack’s guide to winning the Survivor casting call contest

Nineteen strong seasons and debuting its twentieth season in February, there’s no denying that Survivor‘s a TV force to be reckoned with. Whether or not you like reality TV, this one’s here to stay.

CliqueClack’s received a press release this week from the Survivor folks, announcing something they’ve never done before: they are holding a casting call audition contest, open now through February 21. Just upload a 30-60 second video of yourself explaining why you think you could win the game. Fans can vote, but the winner will be chosen by the Survivor casting team from the top ten videos.

Well, handy for you that CliqueClack’s managed to get our hands on the intricate scoring system the casting team uses to choose the winner. If you use this guide while making your video, you’re a shoe-in for winning the contest and being on the next Survivor. Good luck!

Survivor‘s Super-Intricate, No-Fail Scoring System for Audition Videos

• at least one body piercing (4 points; 8 points if it’s a lip or tongue)
• one mention of Richard Hatch (negative 20 points)
• one mention of Russell Hantz (20 points)
• being a multi-million dollar heiress (3 points)
• at least one tattoo (4 points)
• no visible skin on arms or chest due to the multiple tattoos (8 points)
• appearing on The View (5 points)
• running your own niche website — or porn (3 points)
• appearing naked and not caring who sees your beer belly or ass-hair (5 points)
• questionable oral hygiene (2 points)
• mention that you have no survival skills but that you’ve seen every episode of Lost (negative 4 points)
• big boobs (5 points, ladies only)
• big boobs on guys (negative 5 points)
• whine at least twice (5 points)
• good guy, latent thief (3 points)
• be a mixologist, not a bartender (3 points)
• say, “I like eating crawly things!” (4 points)
