I’ve been so confused about this, because with a title like “Mash-up,” I thought it was a repeat. However, it looks as though Will is inspired by the students’ mash-up for a few weeks ago and creates one of his own. I honestly have no idea how it could possibly match the brilliance of the “Confessions”/”Its’ My Life” mash-up, but I’m excited to see him try!

Since there’s no review this week, I’ll add here that I thought it was the most pitch-perfect episode since the pilot. Balanced the snark with the heart, and it was still surprising to suddenly find this far into the season that Jayma Mays can sing as well.
