We were impressed with the Black Friday deals. We swooned each week over the holiday sales. Well, we’re now wiping the drool from our chin with one hand as we frantically place our orders with the other, because the post-holiday sale at Amazon is too good to be true.
Buy one, get one free? For real? Yep, for real.
This means you can get all six seasons of The Shield for just over $100.00; that’s about $16.00 a season. After the jump, I’ll do some more math for you so you can see how much Damages, Rescue Me, Gidget and more will cost you.
You want Damages: The Complete First Season, and decide to pick up Cashmere Maffia‘s complete series too. That’s only $17.00 each, my friend.
All four seasons of Rescue Me for about $70.00 total? You betcha.
How about Gidget: the Complete Series, and the complete series of Square Pegs? That’s only $14.00 each. It’s fun to see the endless combinations of good TV you can add to your shopping cart for these low, low prices.
So these aren’t buy-one-get-one, but for up to 66% off, who cares?
So treat yourself — you know you didn’t get all the TV on DVD you wanted for the holidays….
Just for the record, most of these prices are more than double their prices from just a month ago. So, they jack up the prices, so they can offer these buy one get one sales. Typical Amazon tactics. They’re currently doing the same thing with their B2G1 blu ray discs. They raised all the prices the day the sale started, and when asked about it, they said they have no control of their prices, it’s up to the seller of the discs.
