Although Eric Balfour is known for his sterling abs, curling dark hair and distinctive curved nose, after interviewing Balfour and Emily Rose about ‘Haven’ at the New York Comic Con press room, I sprouted a crush on Balfour’s energetic mind.
When you sit next to the actors, they typically become handsy with your tech, which of course, I love. If you do enough press rooms, set interviews, or other promotional events, you either see the same people or templates of those people. If you’re an actor, you’ll see that even more. So, why not amuse yourself with the nearby technology? While Emily answered another writer’s question, Balfour fiddled with the back cover of my mini recorder until I snapped the two together. It was adorable but it also spoke to his personality where he feels comfortable with anyone anywhere.
However, go ahead and watch the video clip. You’ll catch his casual vibe with Emily, his vocal inflections as well as his enjoyment in pantomiming to the press table audience. So, yea, I’m crushing on Eric Balfour’s five hour energy. But, then again, who isn’t?

When I clicked on the link from Twitter, I seriously expected you to use a picture of him with his shirt off. “Yep, totally not watching for his body.”
Lol. I literally considered linking to his Valentino ad, but figured it went against my point of liking Balfour for his brains, not his beauty
